All Dusk Bridal items are made by hand to order and although we’re sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase, they are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are unhappy for any reason please let us know so we can hope to rectify the problem.

 

Our items are made to our size and manufacturers specifications and although we strive to produce garments of the highest quality, we do not guarantee a perfectly fitting product. We recommend you book a fitting with your local seamstress to have any minor alterations made for your perfect fit.
